1. Returns
You have 5 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
2. How to Initiate a Return
Please contact our Customer Support team through our Contact page on the website to initiate a return. Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return. We will guide you through the return process.
3. Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to our error.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a one week.
5. Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please initiate a return for the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. We may request photos of the damaged or incorrect item for verification purposes.
